Hunter Siler grew up being homeschooled by her mom to peruse gymnastics. During her free time she would read and draw almost any chance she could. She’d even read when walking around with her family. As her interest in storytelling grew she began attempting to construct her own stories. She eventually discovered manga and anime while recovering from knee surgery at 16 and enjoyed the storytelling format so much she decided that was how she was going to add stories to the world

This love for the story format of manga grew as she finished college, graduating with a Masters of Architecture. After many drafts and failed stories, The Adventures of the Lizard Princess was born. This story calls back to her early childhood, as the main character, the Lizard Princess, is based off a childhood toy she found in 2024 after her childhood home was remolded. This toy was a rubber iguana dressed in a Barbie dress. Soon after simple sketches were drawn up and eventually the idea for short episodic stories came to mind.

Unrelated to drawing, Hunter enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets. In the summertime she enjoys wakeboarding at a local cable park with her brother and mom. She also enjoys many types of crafts, such as crocheting, knitting, working with clay, sewing, leatherworking, and cosplaying.
